My stupid poem won an award that i dont even know why. My poem sucks, yeah, whatever. they'll print it in an anthology hardbound cover book of poem collection. And they ask my permission if they could inlcude my poem in their audio track poem, 3 cd, with other 32 poems. Well i dont know why, i cant believe my poem is 1 of the 33 chosen poems out of thousnad poems to be on this cd. Well it doesnt matter, ill give them my poem and let them do whatever they want. They even print it with designs and framed it and put it on the library of poets, what the heck is with that poem. argh.......



Im an artist and a drummer not a poet. Well i guess ill juz use my artistic writing skill through song composition. And this award, i ll dedicate it to my ahhhhhh......(secret, thats a blind item). :p

Ill include this 'piece' of paper on my archives of paper.

I was just informed by a friend of the family that Filipino comic book illustrator Mar Amongo passed away Wednesday morning. The wake is being held at his home in Los Baños, Laguna.

Mar Amongo, a student of Nestor Redondo, was known for his realistic style of rendering, which he employed in numerous stories for Tagalog Klasiks and other publications. In the United States, he worked on stories for Weird War Tales, House of Mystery, Ghosts, All Out War and GI Combat.

He withdrew from comics to work as an artist in the Middle East for many years before returning home to work on various religious comics like "The Tiger's Fang" for Eckankar Books.

He was also a much sought after painter by the Philippine Government who had commissioned him to do a billboard of the Philippine Centennial in 2000.
