I'm half awake around 10 am when suddenly I heard a strange sound like a sort of explosion just near our house. When I went outside, I saw a commotion along the street. They told me the carpenter 2 blocks away from our house was electrocuted and 1/4 of the subdivision was affected. BROWNOUT!!! Good thing the guy didn't die on the spot, he just received a critical injury in his leg. But on the bad side, it was so hot, no electricfan,, no microwave, I can't heat the food, no lights inside the cr, and no recharge for the celphone at the point where i really need it. demmmet........


Anyway, Went to UST awhile ago to pay half of my tuition. While walking towards the Nescafe booth inside the campus, I heard a voice saying, 'taga himitsu heiki yan ah' ,and another voice saying, 'si Pedz yan ah'. When I turn back, I saw Jill of Hero TV, Aidz of tomasinotaku and 1 mysterious girl in a gothic outfit. Jill said once again, 'o si pedz nga' and they laugh. I notice jill and aidz right away. But the girl seems to be a stranger but I wnoder why she knows my name. Then she introduce herself, she said, she's Dawn, Iris-pscyhe in LJ. Thats the only time I remember her name, thinking thats she's a guy, I'm shocked. She's actually a pretty lively girl. Then they invited me to join their organization Tomasinotaku and I signed right away. Because I know they are the group where I can share my passion for my hobbies. ^__^ Actually thats the third org I joined in one week time. First is the ILLUST, group of artsits, obviuosly for art reason. MUSIKAT, group of musicians, I'm desperately lookng for keybaordist, I might find the right one there. And lastly, the TOMASINOTAKU, group of anime enthusiasts, hehehehe, to Inlfict the anime virus to the Thomasaians. Boring people dies easily, and they are simply boring, I can't stand it! So its better to join the fun. weeeeee.......

We had dinner in Golden Fortune near Roxas Boulevard. Shabu-shabu style dinner, 1 pot filled with boiling water then put every meat and vegetable you want, and it's a cooking express ready to eat. Haha. That was fun. ^__^
I'm so tired for this day, I arrived here around 11:45 already. Time to sleep.

Toycon 2006, June 17 and 18 2006

A very succesful event, thousands of people came. The guy in charge at the entrence told me they had more than 6000 tickets sold. Lots of freebies, rare toys and comix. And there's a special press con for Art Assylum that I failed to have an art review with them. Met the DA peepz of DevMeet. There's lesley, krinklez, lico, blitz, raz, jhack, minaru, shiela, delru, wilson and more. Lots of band, fusebox, late isabel, doahou, neotaku and more. They rock!!! *sigh, I'm to sleepy to write* blah blah blah....


It's been a long time since I had a bonding with my co-artist. Now they have their own new group and they even have a new publisher. I'm happy to hear about it. All of them improved a lot. I need to catch up. ^__^

Super Hero Design

I introduce Julius Tasyo also known as Kapitan Gulay. Sounds corny. Its not my idea anyway. Its a suggestion of my friend, I'm cramming to finish it, I did it right away. Hehe


Short Description:
Short Description: Kapitan Gulay’s real name is Julius Tasyo, 18 yrs old, . He works as a farmer and his dream is to be a doctor. He’s originally from Bukidnon who came to Metro Manila to finish his studies. His side line is selling vegetables exported from Mindanao by his Uncle. He has a small apartment in Divisioria near the market. One day, accident occurred in the Market’s Place, and everyone turns into panic. No one got hurt. But he notice something, a girl’s voice is crying inside the igniting place. He runs inside without hesitating. He founds nothing but a wooden staff and a golden basket full of vegetables shimmering out of the smoke.

Independence Day

Nothing's new actually. My dad came home last night from Mindanao and gave us boxes of Indonesian Pancit Canton. I don't know what to do with those bunch of packages. We just place it on the stock room for emergency. Like awhile ago, we're too lazy to cook food, we just cook those canton and instant lunch is ready. hehe

Anyway, here's my new art book I ordered online.
From left; Ugetsu Hakuwa Flamboyant, one of the best artbook I ever had next to my Heung ty Kim's Oxide 2X. Very rich in colors and high quality character design. I'm lucky to have that, it's a limited copy only. ^__^
Next is the Artworks of Guilty Gear from 2000-2004, artwork illlustration collection of Daisuke Ishiwatari. Almost all of the designs are traditional using mixed medium, copic markers, watercolors, and acrylic. Superb talent.
And the last, I just bought a new official artbook of naruto by Masashi Kishimoto since someone stole it last November. Curse him/her!!!!!

ACCOMPLISHED

I made this before I do laundry. Im glad I finished it! weeeee...... Im so relieved I finished lots of task this week. I push my self to move instead of slacking off. Even if I just have a 4 - 6 hours sleep, I wake up early just to finish all the stuff I need to do. Because if I dont, my Dad's gonna chop my head off! haha


I also finished reading the Justice League "Liberty and Justice"
Art by a super god mode painter, Alex Ross and award winning writer Paul Dini.
One of the best comic art I've seen because every panels was a traditional painting. No cg! Amazing


Yesterday, we're done with the recording of our original composition. Yahoo!!! ^__^

And last friday, I'm done with my entrance exam in UST, I'm soon to be a thomasian! ahahahaha
I'm not yet enrolled but I'm already invited to join an organization of illsutrators. And they even want me to be an event organizer for their upcoming iterinary. Not bad, I believe I could build a new group of artist. Their biggest plan for this year so far, is the UST Komikon. I'm looking forward to that. ^__^
